Fans Are Excited by Taylor Swift's 'Iconic' Appearance on Boyfriend Travis Kelce's Podcast – Video

A podcast appearance by one of music's biggest stars has netizens cheering and laughing after a dramatic, over-the-top introduction and some well-placed barbs.

Taylor Swift is set to make her podcast debut tonight, August 13, 2025, in an episode of "New Heights" hosted by her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce. But a teaser clip released earlier that morning showed the pop icon laughing through an epic introduction and delivering a cheeky one-liner, quickly drawing fan reactions.

In the split-screen view, Taylor and Travis appeared at the top of the frame, seated together with headphones on, microphones in front of them, and a bookshelf in the background. Meanwhile, Jason appeared in the lower portion of the screen as he began introducing his brother's girlfriend.

"Our guest today is a singer, songwriter, producer, and director from Nashville, Tennessee. That's [expletive]. She is from Reading, Pennsylvania!" he declared, his voice getting louder and louder with each word.

The former Philadelphia Eagles center went on to list many of Taylor's accomplishments, noting that she holds the record for the most American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and iHeartRadio Music Awards. He also highlighted her 14 Grammy Awards and the fact that she has won Album of the Year four times.

He also referenced her Eras Tour, which consisted of 149 shows in 51 cities over five continents, and mentioned the streaming records for her last album, "The Tortured Poets Department."

Then he shifted to his brother, noting Travis's 19 wins with the Kansas City Chiefs, two AFC titles, and a Super Bowl. By then, Jason was shouting as both Travis and Taylor laughed in surprise.

"Are you ready for it? Making her podcast debut, the most impressive guest in the history of shows, Taylor Swift!" the retired football star screamed, completely out of breath by the end.

Still shocked and amused, Taylor thanked Jason for the impressive introduction. At that point, Travis welcomed his girlfriend to the show, and she thanked him as well, calling it her "favorite podcast."

"As we all know, you guys have a lot of male sports fans that listen to your podcast," she continued, finishing her greeting with a sarcastic jab. "And, um, I think we all know that if there's one thing that male sports fans wanna [sic] see in their spaces and on their screens, it's more of me."
