According to Page Six, Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, recently became parents to their first child together.
The baby's name, sex, and date of birth have not been disclosed. Gaga and her child were recently spotted together in Northern California, marking her first reported public outing with the baby.
The sighting came months after Gaga's last reported public appearance. In August 2026, a fan shared an Instagram selfie after unexpectedly running into the singer in the Bay Area.
