Does Jake Browning have a girlfriend?
He's not just dating — he's engaged. Browning's partner, Stephanie Niles, announced their engagement on Instagram on November 22, 2024, with the caption, "HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!!!!! 💍💍💍💍." The couple marked the occasion with a romantic proposal on a California beach at sunset.
In a series of photos, the two embrace on the shore, with Niles wearing a short black dress and Browning holding her close as they kiss. The golden hour light, the setting, and the emotion on their faces made it clear the moment was as heartfelt as it was picturesque.

Another photo from the engagement shoot captured Browning down on one knee in the sand, barefoot and dressed in a light shirt and cream pants, holding out a ring as Niles, wrapped in a dark coat, smiled at him against the glowing waves of the Pacific.
According to her LinkedIn, Niles attended college in Washington, the same state where Browning played his college football. The two have been together for nearly seven years, with strong reason to believe they met while in school.
In May 2023, Browning shared a touching Instagram post commemorating their five-year anniversary, writing, "Remember when we agreed we weren't going to date? Or when we finally started dating we agreed we were going to break up when you moved to NYC in 2018…?"
"5 years, 4 different time zones and 14 different moves later here we are. Whether it's a fancy dinner party or a dive bar in Folsom, you move through life with a contagious energy and I can't imagine where I'd be without my mob wife. Love you pimp ❤️," the post continued.

It included a carousel of photos from throughout their relationship. One of the earlier images showed the couple cuddled together on a boat, wrapped in a brown blanket, exuding the kind of warmth and comfort that comes from years of growing together.
More recent shots, like the one from the engagement, revealed not only how much time had passed but how much deeper their bond had grown.
Meet Stephanie Niles
Born in Hong Kong SAR at Matilda Hospital, Niles spent much of her early childhood in Shanghai, China, attending a mix of local and American schools before relocating to Seattle in 2005.
She spoke about how her upbringing shaped her perspective, noting the stark cultural contrast she noticed when moving to the United States. In fact, she joked that not seeing a hot dog until age 12 shocked her American friends.

"Sometimes when I'm telling a story of my childhood to a friend, the culture shock consumes their face and I realize my upbringing was different than most of my friends," Niles shared.
After graduating from the University of Washington in 2018, earning dual degrees in Information Systems and Accounting, she moved straight to New York City. There, she began working in tech audit at a Big 4 accounting firm, handling clients in the investment banking sector.

Although the job was prestigious, the grind left her feeling unfulfilled. As she later shared in an interview, she found herself stuck in a loop — long days, little passion, and a persistent sense that she was meant for something different.
"I would sit at my desk thinking about all the other things that I could do that would make a bigger impact on the world until one day I just got up, went to my manager and quit," she revealed.
Then, the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic gave her a reason to pause and pivot. When lockdowns cleared her calendar, Niles used the time to reflect on what truly brought her joy.
"What got me to swimwear was I started thinking about the times that I felt really happy. Quickly, a pattern emerged. Me, in a bikini, at a beach with my friends, running around and feeling so awesome and relaxed," Niles said.
"I realized that's what I want to capture. I wanted to capture that feeling," she added. The idea for 7th Street Swim, a luxury sustainable swimwear brand, was born from a simple realization — her happiest moments were always tied to the beach.
That clarity, combined with the encouragement of her business partner Emma, who had just been laid off, led to the creation of a brand meant to evoke freedom, fun, and New York City's enduring spirit.
"There is something very comforting about having a business partner that you can share this experience with. We really balance out each other's fears and have complementing strengths," the blond beauty shared.
From that point on, Niles devoted herself fully to entrepreneurship. She ran 7th Street Swim for over four years while gaining experience as a project manager at DECKED, LLC, where she worked remotely out of Los Angeles.
Browning's Biggest Fan
From the early days of Browning's professional career to his recent rise with the Bengals, Niles has been right there in the stands, often in custom outfits, cheering him on with pride and personality.
One of the earliest public glimpses into their NFL journey came on October 13, 2019, when Niles posted a photo from U.S. Bank Stadium. Standing next to Browning, who was then with the Minnesota Vikings, she wore a Vikings beanie and an oversized graphic sweatshirt.
Fast forward to January 31, 2022, Niles shared a video of herself in the crowd, pumping her arm into the air in celebration. Wearing a cream puffer jacket and surrounded by roaring Bengals fans, she captioned the clip, "WHO DEY BABY!!!!!!!!!"
Her enthusiasm captured the energy of the Bengals' playoff run and quickly resonated with viewers, racking up more than 53,000 views.
A year later, on January 30, 2023, she was back in Bengals gear, donning a custom #6 Browning jersey and matching orange-and-black knit hat. Shot from behind as she watched the field, the post was simply captioned, "v proud."
By December 11, 2023, Niles had fully leaned into her role as a stylish sideline supporter. In a photo taken inside a suite at Paycor Stadium, she stood smiling with her back to the camera, wearing an orange puffer jacket with "BROWNING" spelled out in rhinestones across the shoulders. The caption? "Postgame debrief 🐅🧡."
Her most recent game day post, shared on September 8, 2024, showed Niles in a bold, bright orange jumpsuit and matching heels. Holding a drink and flashing a wide smile with her tongue out, she looked every bit the game-day MVP.
But it was later that year when Niles truly went viral. During the Bengals' victory over the Browns, she was spotted in a suite at Cincinnati's Paycor Stadium, sporting a white bodysuit adorned with Browning's initials and jersey number.
This eye-catching outfit quickly became the talk of social media. Reflecting on the moment in a later interview, Niles shared, "When you are in the box, you cannot tell when the camera is on you, and I'm happy they captured something that was not totally embarrassing. But, yeah, did not expect that level of reaction."
Through every snap, transfer, and touchdown, Niles has remained a constant presence, bringing her own flair, loyalty, and energy to the stands. Whether it's the NFL spotlight or the quieter moments in between, she's proven to be a vibrant part of Browning's journey on and off the field.
