Will Douglas and Kaitlan Collins were once seen together in older social media posts. Now, separate updates from each show how their lives have taken different turns.

While neither has publicly commented on their connection, older family photos shared online and media coverage suggest a personal relationship in the past.
Since then, both have continued forward in the public eye — Douglas through professional milestones and life events, and Collins through her growing visibility at CNN.
Will Douglas Has a Career in Medicine and Business
Douglas is a pharmacist and entrepreneur who built his career from the ground up. After earning a Bachelor of Science in 2009 and a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2013 from the University of Oklahoma (OU), he moved to Dallas to begin his work in healthcare.
He paid for college himself, an experience that helped shape his work ethic and approach to business. By age 30, he had accomplished three goals he set for himself: completing his education, owning a pharmacy, and living in a major city.
He later expanded his operations across Texas, acquiring and managing multiple independent pharmacies through his company, Crimson Care Pharmacy Group.
One of his locations, Cody Drug in Sulphur Springs, is promoted on Instagram as "social media's go-to pharmacy" and features wellness tips and supplement offerings.
A recurring tagline reads, "We specialize in making you feel better." His success in the business world would later lead him into public service.
Will Douglas, Linked to Kaitlan Collins, Once Ran for Public Office
In 2020, Douglas ran as a Republican candidate for the Texas State Representative - District 113. He lost the election to incumbent Rhetta Andrews Bowers, but his campaign focused on small business growth and economic opportunity.
He documented his political journey on a dedicated Instagram account, highlighting his background as a healthcare entrepreneur and pharmacy owner.
In an interview with The Dallas News, he said an unsuccessful attempt to expand his business into New York shaped his views on regulation and taxation. He contrasted that experience with his perspective on Texas.
He said, "Texas is a bastion of the free market and the entrepreneurial spirit. I'm running for office to ensure the state that has provided me with so many opportunities remains the best place in America to live and raise a family."
During this time, public interest also turned to someone he was personally connected to: Kaitlan Collins.

In February 2017, a photo shared from Jackson Square in New Orleans shows Collins alongside Douglas, his mother Melinda, and brother Tanner, all wearing University of Oklahoma gear and Mardi Gras beads.
In the comment section, Douglas's brother wrote, "Who's down for a quick trip back?" Collins commented, "I'll meet you at Cafe Du Monde." He followed with, "Sounds like a plan ✌🏽."
Photos from 2015 add more context. In one post from November, Collins appears with Douglas, his mom, and brother, during an Oklahoma football outing in Norman.
A December photo from that year shows Douglas posing with a friend and a mall Santa. Collins doesn't appear in the image, but she was tagged in the caption: "Wishing everyone a STUpendous Christmas! @mandy_c_campbell | @kaitlancollins."
Although Collins was previously tagged in family photos on Douglas's Instagram, those posts no longer appear in the tagged section of her own account.
