The "Stranger Things" star and Jake Bongiovi have reportedly welcomed another child through adoption, making the young couple parents of two.

While details remain limited, Millie Bobby Brown has now offered followers a glimpse of the new arrival, after a vacation post quietly showed something curious.

A source told People that Brown, 22, and Bongiovi, 24, welcomed their second child through adoption. Representatives for Brown and Bongiovi could not be reached, according to the outlet.

The couple has not shared the baby's name or other details. But Brown's latest Instagram post answered one question.

Three Words Revealed Who Had Joined the Family

Brown and Bongiovi shared a joint Instagram post showing Brown's hand resting over the baby's small hands. Her diamond-covered "MOM" ring stands out in the close-up, while the baby's face remains out of view.

Brown accompanied the intimate image with a short greeting: "hi little guy!"

Her choice of words also revealed one detail: the new baby is a boy. The timing also sent viewers back to something Brown had posted about a week earlier.

Brown's earlier Instagram carousel, captioned "different in the dolomites," mixed video footage with photos from a family trip.

One scene now stands out. Brown walks away from the camera carrying a small child, while Bongiovi appears beside her with a baby carrier strapped across his chest.

Brown Had Already Spoken About Growing Her Family

Months before the latest reports, Brown discussed the possibility of having more children during a June 11, 2026, appearance on Kylie Kelce's "Not Gonna Lie" podcast.

The "Stranger Things" alum did not rule out experiencing pregnancy someday. But adoption, she explained, had long been part of how she imagined building her family.

"Hopefully one day that's in my future," Brown told Kelce. "But for me, adoption was always a part of my future. Adoption is love. Adoption is forever."

That interest stretched back to childhood and later became part of Brown's social work studies. She said learning more about adoption, including the experiences of birth mothers, helped shape the approach she and Bongiovi eventually took.

"Then I also learned speaking to and reading a lot about being a birth mother and what that journey is. So for me, my husband and I took a lot of time to focus on what that story and what that journey looks like and then we embarked it."

Brown acknowledged that the process brought a difficult period of waiting and uncertainty. She encouraged prospective adoptive parents not to measure their experiences against statistics or other families, stressing that every journey unfolds differently.

Brown Pushed Back After Photos Sparked Parenting Criticism

Brown and Bongiovi became parents for the first time in 2025 when they welcomed a daughter through adoption. In their August 22 announcement, they described the arrival as the beginning of a new chapter and emphasized their wish for peace and privacy.

They signed the message together with a simple update on their family of three. Since then, they have shared occasional glimpses of their daughter without showing her face.

For Brown's 22nd birthday in February 2026, she included her daughter in a beach photo taken at sunset. The two sat with their backs to the camera, with Brown wearing a cream knit cardigan and her daughter dressed in a teddy bear onesie.

Brown also gave Kelce a glimpse into how motherhood fits around her work. While filming a romance movie, she said her daughter joined her on set every day, allowing Brown to spend short breaks with her between takes.

"Any 10 minutes I had with her, I was with her constantly," Brown said. "I did not miss a feed. Like I based my whole day around every single feed for her."

Bongiovi was working on the same production as a producer, which allowed the couple to divide parenting duties throughout the day. "So, for us, like we just tag team constantly," she said.

Brown also recalled showing her daughter "Enola Holmes." Although she said the little girl was generally uninterested in screens, hearing her mother's voice caught her attention.

According to Brown, her daughter stayed interested while she was on screen, but quickly lost interest when other actors appeared, even Henry Cavill.

"I'm not gonna lie, when did women become incapable of holding their own bags, car seats and stuff?" Brown said. "This stems from me holding all of my suitcases and bags and my kid and people are like, 'Your husband doesn't hold a single thing.' Because I'm three miles ahead. I have been planning this all night."

The Scrutiny Went Beyond One Set of Photos

Brown then widened the discussion to the judgments she has faced over major personal choices, saying she has become accustomed to strangers weighing in on her life.

"A lot of people have a lot to say about, oh, you got married too young, you had a baby too young," Brown said. "I'm at a point where I don't care about myself. I don't care what you say about me. I'm very used to it."

What concerned her more was seeing similar attacks directed at other young women. "However, I do have a problem about it happening to other young girls," she added.

Kelce shared a similar perspective, noting that people making judgments online often know little about the person they are criticizing.

Motherhood, Brown said, exposed another side of that commentary. She had initially assumed men were behind many of the harsh remarks. "One day I figured out like actually quite a few of them were women and I was like this is vicious," Brown said.

She drew the line at strangers policing minor parenting decisions, using criticism over whether a baby was wearing a hat as an example. "Just stay in your own lane," Brown said. "Put a hat on your baby and put a sock in your mouth." Kelce agreed, describing judgmental, unsolicited parenting advice as particularly frustrating.
