On July 16, 2025, Kelly Osbourne shared a series of tender photos of her sleeping son, Sidney, taken backstage during concert rehearsals. The Instagram post quickly delighted fans, many of whom commented on the toddler's striking features and resemblance to his grandfather, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.

In the carousel, the television personality is seen cradling her child, whom she shares with her current partner, Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, while standing backstage during rehearsals of her father's final concert, both solo and with Black Sabbath, titled "Back to the Beginning."

Although she shared six photos, some were duplicates, with each shot presented once in color and once in black and white. In one image, she smiles at the camera while her son rests on her shoulder.

In another, Kelly Osbourne is seen kissing Sid's cheek while he wears a grumpy expression, as if he doesn't want to be disturbed during his nap.

Kelly said she was shocked by the diagnosis, "I had terrible terrible, terrible heartburn, acid reflux, my feet were swelling, and I was having rapid weight gain, and I was like, I don't understand this, I'm not eating enough to make this add up, what's happening?''

"So, I went to the doctor, and I'd already done a test and passed it, but then when I got to my third trimester, they tested me again and it turned out that I had gestational diabetes, and the whole time, I just sat there being like, What what did I do wrong? What am I eating that's so bad? Because I thought I was eating relatively healthy," she continued.

She added, "It turns out, I was not, but it was not anything I did. You either get it, or you don't, and I think it's more to do with me being 37 than any amount of sugar that I was eating. But now that I know what I know about sugar, I don't think I'll ever eat the same again."
