The side-by-side resemblance was striking, both leaning against the same classic BMW, arms crossed, though their outfits set them apart, with Pierce in a sharp suit and Paris opting for a shirt and trousers.

So far, Pierce and Paris have teamed up on a few projects, including a public service announcement highlighting the environmental impact of plastic waste. The campaign, "Plastic is Forever…so it’s time to get clever about managing it!," was created to raise awareness of the Basel Convention’s efforts to promote the environmentally sound management of plastic waste.

In the video, the two coordinated in shirts, jeans, and shades as they strolled along the beach, delivering the campaign’s message. Their chemistry and synchronicity made for a seamless collaboration and a standout project.

Aside from his environmental advocacy, Paris is also committed to addressing other global issues, including childhood hunger.

As a young filmmaker, he traveled to the South Asian island nation to document the impact of a school meals program that is transforming both children's lives and the local economy.

Through a short film and photographs, he captured the efforts of the UN World Food Program, supported by Clarins and FEED, to provide nutritious meals to school-aged children.

Launched in 2011, the partnership between FEED and Clarins has supported initiatives like the World Food Program, contributing to the funding of over 30 million school meals to date. In 2019, their efforts were centered on Sri Lanka.

The initiative not only combats hunger but also fosters a sense of community, encourages education, and offers children greater stability in their daily lives.

"I feel inspired to develop more socially relevant projects utilizing the resources I have and to create a platform that gives back to our global community," Paris said of his work.

Child hunger was not Paris’ first advocacy effort. In 2018, at the age of 19, he wrote, directed, and produced "Your Voice Matters," a video encouraging young people to register and vote. As he explained at the time, "There's a lot at stake right now. I think it's important that my generation is participating in the political process."

The video addressed several issues relevant to his generation, including environmental protection, affordable education, immigration reform, affordable health care, and gun control.

Paris, who drew from his passion for surfing, highlighted the importance of preserving natural resources and engaged with a wide range of young people whose perspectives often aligned.

When he was asked during this period if he would ever vie for office, he said there was a possibility, but his primary focus was on filmmaking and creating documentaries.

Paris also expressed hope that the project would inspire viewers to recognize voting as a privilege and an essential tool for shaping their future. "It's wild to see a bunch of kids my age taking action. No matter what you believe, the earth is what we all have in common, let's just make our voices heard and inspire others," he encouraged others.

Although most of his work has been behind the camera, Paris has also stepped in front of it. In "The Unholy Trinity," he and his brother Dylan took on the roles of a pastor and the son of one of Pierce's character's rivals in the fictional town of Trinity, Montana.

Before joining the Western, both had earned acting and writing credits in separate short films, but Paris admitted he had once been unsure about making a career out of acting. He described the idea as "daunting" and said it was natural to feel "nervous" about approaching it.

However, he found this particular role to be the ideal introduction, as it was close to home and involved working alongside his father, removing any sense of pressure.

Work aside, Paris looks up to his dad when it comes to style, often drawing inspiration straight from home and even raiding his wardrobe on occasion.

"He does it so effortlessly. And he's very comfortable, he doesn't have to try at all. He'll see me wearing something and he'll be like, "I used to have a jacket like that!' And I'll be like, 'Well, it looks better on me now,'" the filmmaker shared.

Paris' dad and mom, Keely Shaye Smith, have been proud supporters of his journey. They were there to celebrate him when he graduated from college, with his dad sharing a photo of the three together.

He captioned it, "Dearest Paris, Heartfelt congratulations on your graduation from Loyola Marymount University School of Film & Television. Go into the world with a brave heart and create stories that will make the world a better place. @paris.brosnan."

Paris still has a long journey ahead, but with his parents by his side, he is steadily working his way up and aiming to soar to new heights.
