This Reality Star's Two Daughters Are All Grown Up and Look Completely Different Now

This famous reality star's daughters have changed in many ways over the years, and their appearance is one of the most notable differences.

The women in question are Amelia Gray Hamlin, 24, and Delilah Belle Hamlin, 27, daughters of a longtime Bravo fixture and actor Harry Hamlin.

Both have built careers in modeling, but their paths to getting there were anything but smooth, and what they look like now compared to a few years ago is a serious reflection of modern beauty standards.

From Reality TV Kids to Women with Stories to Tell

Delilah and Amelia were teenagers when their mother's face was on television every week, which meant their personal struggles eventually found their way into the spotlight, too. Neither of them shied away from opening up about what they went through, and that honesty has followed both women into adulthood.

Their mother spoke candidly about the sisters' dynamic on the Dec. 17, 2024, episode of the podcast "Las Culturistas with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang," confirming the two were in a good place now but that things had not always been that way.

She said, "Those girls can fight. Girls can love and then hate each other. We went through a couple of years and woo, very uncomfortable, but now they're very close."

Regarding their parenting, the reality star added:

"Whatever we did, because we really don't know what we did, we turned out some kind human beings."

The reality star also added that Amelia and Delilah are now "super supportive of each other in this business [modeling] that they're both in," which says a lot given everything each one has faced individually.

Delilah's Difficult Years

Delilah's transformation is not only physical. In 2019, she shared through her Instagram Stories that she had been to rehab twice the previous year to address her mental health.

She described being stuck in a toxic romance, she felt powerless to leave, writing, "I got trapped in a severely unhealthy relationship that pushed me over the edge. I couldn't get out of the relationship because I thought I was deserving of it."

After roughly eight months, she reached a breaking point, telling her mother she needed help and boarding a flight back to Los Angeles.

Two weeks after arriving home, she checked into a facility. She described the experience as the "best thing that has ever happened to me," saying it helped her learn a great deal about herself.

By 2023, Delilah was in a much better place emotionally. She went public on Instagram about her ongoing battles with autoimmune and chronic illnesses, including Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus, encephalitis, and PANDAS, bringing visibility to conditions that often go unacknowledged.

That same year, she and actor Henry Eikenberry made their relationship official on the red carpet at the premiere of his Apple TV+ series "The Crowded Room" in New York City.

Eikenberry said he was "new to all this" when it came to dating someone in the public eye, while Delilah had considerably more experience navigating that territory. He also confirmed that her parents approved of the relationship.

On the subject of her appearance, Delilah has been straightforward about the surgery question. A follower once flatly accused her of getting a breast augmentation, to which she replied without hesitation:

"Never! I'm scared of surgery. I've only ever got my tonsils out and even that was traumatic."

Amelia's Battle, Breakup, and Big Changes

Amelia's story starts a little earlier in a very public way. In 2018, she opened up about her battle with anorexia, and by the following year, her mother, Lisa Rinna, was speaking about it on camera during "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Lisa did not hold back about how frightening it was to watch. "I don't want to see her suffer. You want to fix it. You want to make it go away. You want to erase it. You know, you just want to take your child out of pain. You don't want your child to be in pain," she said.

In a confessional, she added something even more raw:

"You can't help but blame yourself. You know, it's like, 'What did we do to [expletive] her up?' Maybe we did something. I don't know. I just know that it's really, really hard to watch Amelia be in pain."

Amid that difficult chapter, the reality star also shared during the show in 2019 that Amelia, then 17, had chosen to pursue studies in nutrition, wellness, and psychology in New York.

Having gone public with her anorexia the year prior, she had channeled the experience into purpose, and Rinna called her an "activist" for how she was using her story to help others.

Then came the relationship that raised eyebrows everywhere. Amelia was first linked to Scott Disick in October 2020. By early 2021, sources close to the situation were describing the pairing as increasingly serious, with Scott, then 37, reportedly telling friends how much the then-19-year-old meant to him.

The 18-year age gap drew attention from all sides, including Lisa, who was reportedly worried about Scott's "baggage" and what it meant for her daughter. Sources said she was still processing the situation and assumed it would not last.

She was not wrong. The relationship ended by September 2021, with sources confirming to People that Amelia had pulled the plug. One insider noted that the young model "wasn't happy with him," citing both a specific Instagram DM drama involving Scott and other ongoing issues.

By November 2025, Amelia had moved on in every sense. She stepped out publicly with Nicolai Marciano, 29, son of the founder of the Guess Inc. clothing empire, at the GQ Men of the Year party, making their romance impossible to miss.

What Amelia Has Said About Her Appearance

In a January 2026 interview with Variety, Amelia, now making her acting debut, addressed both the speculation around her face and the more serious procedures she has had.

On the lip filler rumors, she was direct, "I've always had these lips," and clarified that what she does use is called SkinVive, which she described as a hydrating injection rather than a traditional filler.

She confirmed a nose job and also opened up about having had a medically necessary breast reduction after a nipple ring caused an infection that created a risk of sepsis. But after the reduction, she got implants, and the outcome was not what she had agreed to.

"I was dating somebody who was older than me when I was younger, and I sort of allowed his beauty perception to affect my choices, and I decided to get another breast augmentation because I wasn't necessarily happy with the scarring that I was left with from the reduction. I woke up in a state that I didn't agree to. We can just say that."

The outcome of that procedure was so horrible that she was forced to get a 14-hour reconstruction surgery, as the implants were even affecting her nerves.

Still, the changes on her face are incredibly noticeable. Back in 2023, TikToker @khaled_aesthetics posted a before-and-after comparison of Amelia's look, noting she was just 21 at the time and inviting followers to weigh in on what, if any, work she may have had done.

The earlier images he shared showed a younger, more natural face, while the later ones featured sharper angles, more defined lips, and a more refined overall look, though makeup and lighting clearly played a role as well.

All in all, Delilah and Amelia have undergone striking transformations under the public eye, but their evolution goes far beyond appearance.
