The actress slipped into a playful dance video with no filter and no glam, but the casual bathroom moment soon had people looking closely at more than just her moves.

Lisa Rinna posted a clip on May 28, 2026, showing herself dancing in her bathroom while wearing a black T-shirt and capri joggers. She moved along to Meg Stalter's "Prettiest Girl in America," but the comments section could only look at her face.

Rinna did not dress up for the moment in front of the camera. She appeared to be makeup-free and in comfortable home wear, plus no obvious filter or makeup, which gave the video a more unpolished feel than the glossy posts fans often expect from celebrities.

But the song choice came with a little celebrity connection. In the caption on Instagram, Rinna wrote, "We had the cutest Kiki backstage at the @amas and I said to Meg, I must dance to your huge new hit song @megsstalter 🥵 @hannahberner I kept my word! 🥰💃🏻✨ #theprettiestgirlinamerica."

That caption gave the video a funny, promised-this-and-delivered energy. Still, once the clip was out, the conversation shifted from the backstage exchange to Rinna's appearance.

Some people leaned into the fun of the post and treated it as exactly what it seemed to be: a confident dance from someone clearly enjoying herself.

One person praised her look, writing, "Okay....I really need to know what women 50+ are doing..... I'm 53 and don't look as good as this!!" Another asked, "Did you get a fresh facelift? 😍."

The compliments continued, with one comment reading, "Yes Lisa you are the prettiest girl in AMERICA." Someone else echoed the song title and wrote, "THE PRETTIEST GIRL IN AMERICA."

The mood was not all praise, though. On another post, a few netizens studied her face and brought up details they thought stood out.

One comment read, "No filter." Another person wrote, "Her name is listed under "lip filler" in the dictionary." A harsher reaction came from someone who asked, "Who does this???"

But the attention on her face or how she keeps young isn't surprising. In a 2009 interview with The HuffPost, Rinna was asked whether there was any plastic surgery she regretted. Her answer was blunt:

"My cheeks. I had Juvederm put in my cheeks. That's what I overdid -- big time."

She explained that she tried it because friends had done it, then saw a photo and thought, "Oh [sic] Jesus. That's no good. That's NOT good."

But Rinna continued, "What I learned is that I don't really need it. You get older and insecure and you think you need it and you don't. I learned less is more. Keep your skin good. But, I still like Botox. It's great! It doesn't change the shape of my face [sic]."

And years later, she actually turned the buzz around her beauty treatments into a business. In a 2021 Forbes interview about Rinna Beauty, the outlet noted that her "memorable lips and larger-than-life personality" had been known for years.

Rinna told Forbes, "This was always a dream of mine and a passion." She added, "I had my lips done when I was 24 years old. I always call myself 'the lip pioneer' which is so silly and fun and stupid and funny. Why can't I make money off of this? Why can't I build a brand?"

That quote says so much about her. Instead of running from the feature people had discussed for decades, Rinna became an entrepreneur, and even these days, she is still showing it off.

Take a look at how Lisa Rinna looked in the video that had people talking about everything from her bare-faced confidence to her lips:
