Kelly Osbourne Walks the Runway at London Fashion Week for the First Time in Over a Decade — Photos

Kelly Osbourne stepped back onto the catwalk after more than a decade away, but it was her striking transformation that made the appearance hard to miss.

The 41-year-old joined Natasha Zinko's Spring/Summer 2027 "Pay Per View" show during London Fashion Week on September 18, 2026. She was photographed sporting a dramatic hairstyle and an accessory connected to her late father, Ozzy Osbourne.

Days later, photos from the show were still drawing strong reactions. Some fans saw a throwback to Kelly's earlier style, while others immediately noticed a resemblance to another member of the Osbourne family.

Kelly Osbourne's Surprise Return to the Catwalk

Kelly walked in Natasha Zinko's show at Collins Music Hall in London, marking her first catwalk appearance in more than a decade. For the show, she wore a white sleeveless halter-style shirt with a pointed collar and black bow tie.

The fitted top had an open back and was paired with black, below-the-knee bottoms and glossy black pointed heels. A small silver chain hung across the front of the outfit. Attached to it was a black bat ornament, which belonged to Kelly's late father.

The accessory offered a personal link to Ozzy, who died at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22, 2025, at age 76. His death came less than three weeks after his final concert at Villa Park in Birmingham. But the bat was not the only detail that stood out.

Kelly's familiar blonde hair was completely hidden beneath a jet-black bob wig, cut into a rounded shape with heavy, asymmetric bangs. The fringe swept across much of her face, covering one eye in several photographs.

Her makeup included defined brows, dark eye makeup, pink blush, and a nude-toned lip. Rings covered several of her fingers, while tattoos on her hands, arms, shoulders, and feet remained visible.

Kelly's Fashion Week transformation followed her September 8 appearance at the National Television Awards at London's O2 Arena. For that event, she wore Vivienne Westwood's Long Chichi Dress in a shiny blue-and-brown tartan.

Vivienne Westwood lists its Long Chichi Dress for $4,056 in a shiny blue/brown colorway. According to the fashion house, the dress uses its "Buchanan" tartan, inspired by the 19th-century Buchanan sett linked to the Buchanan clan of Loch Lomond.

An internal drawstring beneath the skirt allows the wearer to gather the material into an asymmetric ruched drape. The Italian-made gown also has a subtle sheen, a full-bodied skirt, asymmetrical seam detailing, a concealed zipper, and a floor-length silhouette.

Kelly made the look her own with several layers of gold jewelry. Her necklaces included a large cross, a smaller cross, a black oval pendant, a green stone, and other charms.

Gold drop earrings added another detail, while the low, off-the-shoulder neckline and short sleeves left several of her tattoos visible. Her blonde hair was pulled tightly away from her face and arranged into an elaborate braided bun.

Tens of thousands of people later lined Birmingham's streets for his funeral procession. His family also laid flowers at Black Sabbath Bridge, which is named in honor of his band.

In an interview published by The Mail on Sunday on September 6, Kelly said she had not realized how thin she had become until she saw a photograph of herself during a dress fitting for the Grammy Awards.

"I looked like the [***] Crypt Keeper," she said. "I said, 'This is scary. I didn't know I looked like this.' My spine – you could see every single bone." Kelly said friends and relatives had raised concerns, but she had been overwhelmed by grief.

"I couldn't see what other people saw because I was in so much pain," she said. "I just saw a broken person." She also revealed that she took an unusual step when attending the Grammys earlier in the year.

"I wore a wig to cover my face, so you couldn't see how skinny my cheekbones really were," Kelly said. Her stylists also searched for clothing that would not make her appear thinner.

Looking back, Kelly said she had been scared and wanted to attend the ceremony to support her mother, Sharon Osbourne, and honor her father's legacy, but acknowledged that she "wasn't very well." Kelly explained that grief had left her feeling nauseated when she attempted to eat.

She said the pain could become so consuming that hunger did not register. At home, she tried to keep that suffering away from her three-year-old son, Sidney. Kelly said she would become "Miss Fun Mum" whenever he entered the room and would leave rather than cry in front of him.

She also said Sidney and Ozzy had been extraordinarily close. According to Kelly, her son has some of his grandfather's mannerisms and personality traits. Sidney still visits his grandfather's grave most days, Kelly said, where he leaves a feather and tells "Papa" about what happened during his day at nursery.

Kelly is now planning a three-part television series about bereavement, although she said she was not yet allowed to identify its broadcaster. She said the project would examine grief and mental health as well as experiences from her own life that the public does not know about.

Kelly also described living with "anticipatory grief" for almost a decade as Ozzy's health declined. She had thought that experience might prepare her for eventually losing him, but said her father's death fundamentally changed her.

The Documentary Made the NTA Appearance Personal

That history was closely connected to why Kelly was at the National Television Awards. She attended to represent her family's BBC documentary, "Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home," which was nominated in the Authored Documentary category.

The program follows the final chapter of Ozzy's life as he and Sharon planned to leave Los Angeles and return to the United Kingdom. Kelly appears in the documentary alongside members of her family.

She said losing someone is difficult in itself, but experiencing grief in front of the public while being judged for how she handled it made the process harder. At the same time, Kelly credited people who offered her kindness, love, and support with helping her through that period.

Her companion for the NTA carpet was "Emmerdale" star Bradley Riches, whom Kelly referred to as her "sexy date." According to Kelly, the two became friends after Bradley spent time with Sharon in the "Big Brother" house. Kelly said her mother "always gets mad" because she and Bradley ended up becoming best friends.
