Although the breakup may have seemed abrupt to some fans, a source told People that the separation "really hasn't been a secret" and claimed the pair had already been living separately for some time. "People close to Keith felt like the split was kind of inevitable," the source added.

Afterward, Kidman was seen alongside Sunday and Faith at the Chanel show during Paris Fashion Week. Another source previously told People that Kidman and her daughters had been "inseparable" over the summer and had spent much of their time together.
