Law enforcement sources told TMZ that officers had pulled over his Tesla for speeding at approximately 4 a.m. They alleged that he smelled of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test before being booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and released without bail.

California has a zero-tolerance policy for underage motorists who have consumed alcohol. Later that year, Presley received three years of probation and was ordered to complete a DUI program and two days of community service.

Presley wore jeans with a red plaid button-down layered over a black T-shirt. He smiled beside his parents and sister, creating what would become the final public appearance featuring the entire family together.
