Priscilla Presley and Son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia Make a Joint Appearance in Germany – And Their Looks Have Sparked a Buzz Online – Photos
The occasion was meant to celebrate her extraordinary past with Elvis Presley, but a touching exchange offered a rare glimpse into a more private chapter of her life. And behind that affectionate family moment lies a story of personal struggles, complicated relationships, and an enduring bond.
What began as a special mother-son outing quickly turned into an unexpected online talking point. As new photographs circulated, two very different details about their appearances had social media users asking questions.
A Rare Mother-Son Appearance That Got People Talking
On October 20, 2026, Priscilla Presley, 81, stepped out alongside her 39-year-old son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, during a visit to Baesweiler, Germany.
The occasion was particularly meaningful for the former wife of Elvis Presley, who had traveled to the German town ahead of a special event celebrating her life with the late King of Rock 'n' Roll. According to HELLO! Magazine's Instagram coverage, Priscilla signed the town's Golden Book during the visit, with her rarely-seen son accompanying her.
The musician, whom Priscilla shares with her former partner, Producer Marco Garibaldi, is the younger half-brother of the late Lisa Marie Presley. The visit also brought the pair together with Detlef Malinkewitz, who appeared alongside them in photographs taken during the engagement.
In video footage from the event, Priscilla appeared delighted to address those gathered, expressing her excitement about the upcoming celebration. "I look forward to a wonderful evening with all of you," she said.
However, she wasn't about to let the occasion pass without acknowledging someone special. "And I also want to introduce my son," Priscilla continued, before turning to Navarone.
Her son, happily accepting the invitation to say something, shared a few heartfelt words about accompanying his mother overseas. "Hello, everyone. I'm just happy to be travelling with my mom, and thank you for the welcome as well," he said. "Everyone's been so kind to both of us. Thank you so much to everyone."
Their affectionate exchange was only part of what made the appearance memorable. Photographs from the engagement showed Priscilla wearing an elegant all-black ensemble, including a turtleneck, tailored pants, and a flowing jacket. Her signature red hair framed her face, while a delicate gold necklace completed the understated look.
Navarone coordinated with his mother in a dark jacket, shirt, and jeans, giving their joint appearance a polished yet relaxed feel.
The photographs also captured some touching moments between the pair, including shots of Navarone standing close to Priscilla as she leaned her head affectionately against him. However, as the images began making their way across social media, some viewers found themselves focusing on something other than the heartwarming family moment.

Priscilla's latest appearance prompted questions from several social media users about her facial features, particularly her mouth and teeth. Social Media Users Notice Two Very Different Details
The photographs and accompanying video prompted a wave of reactions, with several viewers turning their attention to Priscilla's facial features and her son's prominent tattoos. Under a Facebook Reel featuring the appearance, one commenter asked, "What happened to her teeth?"
Another viewer expressed a similar observation, writing, "What happened to her teeth. [sic] You can barely see them." Someone else also questioned Priscilla's appearance, commenting, "What's wrong with her mouth?"
Meanwhile, Navarone's distinctive tattoos were generating their own conversation. One person reacted to the musician's heavily tattooed neck, writing, "Can he even have a smaller tattoo?on his neck 😢 [sic]."
And the questions about his body art didn't stop there. In the comments under a separate Facebook post shared by People, a fellow observer asked, "What's the tattoo of on his neck?" Another echoed that curiosity, "What's that on his neck 🤯 [sic]."

Although the comments highlighted how closely viewers were examining the pair's appearances, photographs alone cannot establish whether anything has changed medically or cosmetically.
For Priscilla, however, the discussion comes against the backdrop of a troubling cosmetic-procedure experience that made headlines nearly two decades ago.

Priscilla's Troubling History with a Cosmetic Procedure
In March 2008, TMZ reported that Priscilla had been the victim of a botched cosmetic procedure involving a man who presented himself as a doctor to members of Hollywood's social elite. According to the outlet, she had received injections from Daniel Serrano, an Argentine man who was not licensed to practice medicine in the United States, around 2003.
Daniel reportedly promoted the treatments as miracle injections that worked better than Botox, attracting well-connected clients through Hollywood's social circles. However, the substance he administered was allegedly industrial-grade, low-quality silicone, similar to material used to lubricate automobile parts in Argentina.

TMZ reported that the injections were not approved by the FDA and that Daniel had smuggled the substance into the United States. The outlet also described private injection gatherings involving women connected to prominent Hollywood figures, including Shawn King, who was married to Larry King, and Diane Richie, then Lionel Richie's wife.
Daniel reportedly charged clients between $300 and $500 per injection. According to the report, some recipients experienced serious complications, including lumps, paralysis, and damage to their facial tissue.

Shawn reportedly said the injections left her with a lump in her lip that interfered with her ability to speak and drink normally. Daniel, who became known by the nickname "Dr. Jiffy Lube," was subsequently prosecuted in connection with smuggling and the use of unapproved drugs.
TMZ reported that he was convicted and had been released from prison shortly before its March 2008 article, at which point immigration authorities were investigating whether he could be deported.
Diane was also indicted in connection with the case and later received probation following a plea agreement. As for Priscilla, the outlet reported that she had been unaware she was receiving silicone injections and was undergoing corrective work at the time.

Priscilla's history with cosmetic treatments has drawn public attention for nearly two decades, with her latest 2026 appearance prompting another round of online questions. However, there is no established connection between her previous procedures and the facial features that viewers recently commented on. | Source: Getty Images
The incident offered a troubling glimpse into the dangers of unregulated cosmetic treatments, particularly when administered by individuals without proper medical credentials. Nevertheless, the historical report does not establish the cause of anything viewers may have noticed in Priscilla's October 2026 photographs.
While some online users focused on her appearance, others were curious about the man standing beside her — a musician with a fascinating family history of his own.

Who Is Priscilla Presley's Son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia?
Despite being connected to one of the most famous families in music history, Navarone has largely maintained a considerably lower public profile than his celebrated relatives. As detailed in a 2023 Biography profile, he was born on March 1, 1987, to Priscilla and Brazilian Producer Marco.
Navarone's arrival came years after Priscilla's marriage to Elvis, whom she wed in 1967 before their divorce in 1973. According to Today, Priscilla and Marco met through mutual friends in 1983, and they announced they were expecting a child three years later.
The couple never married and eventually separated in 2006. Marco subsequently established his own production company, Godfather Entertainment, in 2008. But Navarone's relationship with his father would become considerably more complicated as he grew older.
A Family Discovery That Changed Everything
Although Navarone and Marco reportedly clashed during the musician's childhood, they became closer after his parents separated. However, their relationship later broke down following a surprising discovery about his father's background.
Navarone had grown up believing Marco came from a wealthy Italian family, but in 2017, he reportedly contacted a Brazilian teenager who claimed to be his cousin. Through that connection, he learned that his father was actually from Brazil and had changed his surname from Garcia to Garibaldi, reportedly believing a Hispanic surname could hinder his Hollywood career.
When Navarone confronted his father about the revelations, Marco allegedly responded, "Lose my number." The two subsequently became estranged. Nevertheless, the discovery led Navarone to travel to Brazil, where he connected with previously unknown relatives.
"I lost one family member, but I gained 20-plus," he said of the experience. "I have zero regrets." The musician also developed his own professional identity, pursuing a creative career that echoed his family's musical connections without directly following Elvis's path.
Making His Own Way in Music
Navarone left his famous family environment at 18, relocating to Santa Cruz, California. He later returned to Los Angeles in 2012 and established the synth-rock group Them Guns, serving as its lead vocalist and guitarist.
"I thought, 'OK, I'm going into the family business. I'll write a song, and then we'll start touring it,'" he once recalled. "I didn't realize it takes way more than that."
The group released a song titled "Acid Plane" in February 2023 and was discussing potential performances that year. Away from his professional endeavors, Navarone also experienced an important personal milestone.
Love, Marriage, and a Special Celebration
In February 2022, Navarone married Elisa Achilli during a romantic ceremony at the Schloss Hünigen hotel in Konolfingen, Switzerland. The couple had met approximately four years earlier and maintained a long-distance relationship before Navarone proposed on Christmas Day in 2020.
Speaking to People about their wedding, the musician expressed his gratitude for finding such a supportive partner. "I never thought I would find a counterpart that is so understanding and supportive," he said. "She makes everything we do effortless, and I can't imagine life without her."
Priscilla was present for the celebration, marking the special occasion by tossing colorful flower petals into the air. Jerry Schilling, Elvis's longtime friend and a talent manager, also participated in the festivities remotely through Zoom.
Yet alongside those happy milestones, Navarone has also spoken candidly about some of the most difficult periods of his life.

His past Struggles and His Mother's Support
In a revealing interview with People, Navarone discussed his history of substance addiction, which began during his teenage years. He admitted using heroin while still in high school before eventually developing a dependency on fentanyl. "I was under the impression I was doing heroin, but then it'd turn out to be fentanyl [sic]," he explained. "That was a whole different beast. I became so addicted that I'd need it every 45 minutes."
However, he described a trip to Switzerland in 2020 as a major turning point. "When COVID happened, I wanted to go and see her for more than three or four days," Navarone recalled, referring to Elisa. "I didn't want to have to bring a pound of fentanyl with me anywhere I went. I buckled down and said, 'Let's see how bad this can get.'"
According to the interview, he subsequently spent approximately one month detoxing at Priscilla's home, highlighting the support she provided during a particularly challenging period.
Substance-use struggles had also affected other members of the Presley family, including Lisa Marie, whose previously disclosed experiences with opioids were discussed in a June 2022 New York Post report about the family's difficult history. Following Lisa Marie's death in January 2023, Navarone publicly acknowledged that their relationship had not always been easy.
Although he attended her memorial service at Graceland, the siblings had reportedly experienced a complicated relationship. Sharing a photograph of himself with his late half-sister, Navarone wrote, "I wish things had been different between us."
He has also spoken warmly about his niece Riley Keough, particularly praising her relationship with her younger sisters, twins Harper and Finley Lockwood. Through the family's many personal challenges, Navarone's relationship with Priscilla Presley has remained an especially meaningful part of his life.
In fact, he previously expressed a desire to take his mother to Brazil, where he had connected with his extended family. "She was there in the 80s, but I think she needs a reminder of how nice it is," he said. "I would love to move there someday."
That close bond was evident once again during their October 2026 appearance in Germany. And while the online discussion largely centered on their looks, the photographs also captured a rare opportunity to see the mother and son sharing the spotlight together.
