The former White House press secretary gave her wedding-weekend wardrobe a little camera time, and the fashion commentary arrived dressed to kill.

Karoline Leavitt, 29, and her husband, Nicholas Riccio, 61, attended Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt’s October 24, 2026, wedding in Palm Beach, Florida.

But when Karoline shared a glimpse of her outfit, the attention quickly shifted toward a few revealing angles and a comment section with absolutely no intention of behaving.

The Guest List Could Have Run Its Own Network

Before getting to the dress that inspired all that unsolicited fashion advice, consider the occasion. Sean and Ainsley had assembled the sort of wedding crowd that could keep a television makeup department employed for a week.

According to Fox News, the hosts married at the historic Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, surrounded by their children, relatives, and close friends. Their ministers officiated, and the couple exchanged personal vows about their relationship, their faith, and the future they intend to share.

The church already held a particularly romantic memory: Sean proposed there over Christmas in December 2024. Returning to that same place to marry gave the ceremony a connection that even the most expensive floral arrangement could not buy.

Their selected readings included passages from Romans 12 and the Song of Solomon, bringing devotion, respect, and enduring love into the service. For a couple whose faith has been central to their relationship, those choices were personal.

Ainsley wore Oscar de la Renta. Afterward, the celebration moved to Palm Beach’s Everglades Club, where a retractable roof allowed guests to enjoy a private reception beneath the stars.

The gathering included friends from Sean’s early life on Long Island and Ainsley’s South Carolina circle, alongside colleagues from throughout their careers. Family history and television history had landed on the same seating chart.

Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott and Fox News president and executive editor Jay Wallace attended, as did Steve Doocy, Lawrence Jones, Brian Kilmeade, Laura Ingraham, and Mark Levin.

Dana Perino, Bret Baier, Harris Faulkner, Emily Compagno, and Bill Hemmer were also among the guests. Martha MacCallum, Kayleigh McEnany, Carley Shimkus, and Trey Gowdy added still more familiar faces. Honestly, finding someone who had never worn a microphone might have required a little effort.

The political contingent was substantial, too. Lara Trump and Eric Trump attended, along with White House chief of staff Susie Wiles and Karoline, who had recently become a Fox News contributor.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis arrived with his wife, Casey DeSantis. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino and his wife, Erin Scavino, also celebrated with the couple.

Sen. Tim Scott and his wife, Mindy Scott, were there, as were U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and his wife, Ambassador Callista Gingrich.

The guest list stretched well beyond politics and cable news. Casino mogul Steve Wynn, philanthropist Julia Koch, entrepreneur and podcast host Patrick Bet-David, and podcast host Sage Steele attended.

Country singer Lee Greenwood and fitness and podcast personality Jillian Michaels joined the celebration, along with television personality Nancy Grace. Rascal Flatts frontman Gary LeVox and Five for Fighting’s John Ondrasik were there as well.

That is a reception where asking someone what they do for work could take the entire appetizer course.

The festivities had begun the previous evening, Friday, October 23, with a private pre-wedding gathering at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump joined the couple’s family and friends for that event, although Donald did not attend Saturday’s ceremony.

After the wedding celebration, Sean and Ainsley offered a joint message that briefly put all the famous names in perspective.

“Our hearts are overflowing with love and gratitude as we begin this new chapter together as husband and wife,” they said. “To exchange our vows in our home church where we got engaged, surrounded by our children, families and dearest friends, was more meaningful than we could have ever imagined.”

They also shared: “Our faith has always been at the center of our relationship, and we truly believe God brought us together.” Those were the newlyweds’ priorities. Elsewhere, Karoline’s weekend wardrobe was about to acquire a rather vocal audience.

Karoline's Weekend Required More Than One Time Zone

According to The Mirror, Karoline posted two Instagram Stories on Saturday that appeared to relate to the wedding. One featured her outfit; the other showed Nicholas walking in a tuxedo. The second clip had no audio, but her caption supplied the itinerary: “The best weekend with my hubs from LA to FL in 48 hours. Now back to our babies.”

Her cross-country schedule included an appearance on Bill Maher’s HBO show, “Real Time,” on Friday, October 23. From a television appearance in Los Angeles to a Palm Beach wedding, she had packed considerably more than a spare pair of shoes into those 48 hours.

For this outing, however, the camera was firmly focused on eveningwear. And Karoline gave it plenty to work with. Her first Story showed her smiling and turning to display a sleeveless, figure-hugging Mac Duggal gown. A quick front-facing pose apparently would not have done the garment justice.

The dress featured slender shoulder straps and a low scoop back, with embellishment running from top to bottom. The cut followed her silhouette, while the exposed back gave the video another angle worth showing. But the surface was where this gown really went to work. Dense sequins and elaborate beadwork formed floral medallions with an almost kaleidoscopic appearance.

Olive, sage, and turquoise-green tones mingled with bronze, amber, and golden-brown accents. That combination gave the dress a richly textured, vintage-inspired finish, with the sparkle shifting as she moved. Subtle had clearly taken the weekend off.

On Facebook, one admirer applauded the designer choice: "Love the dress and the brand ... it’s always a showstopper, it never disappoints!!" Another viewer was more interested in Karoline’s camera-ready posing: "Is she trying to become a model like Melania? 😜"

Someone else focused on how Karoline appeared after leaving her former job: "She looks healthy & well rested now that she is not Press Secretary everyday [sic]." Then came the seasonal comparisons, because apparently green sequins cannot attend a wedding without someone checking the Christmas calendar.

The Comments Came With Claws and Christmas Comparisons

One Facebook commenter wrote, "Looks like a Christmas display." Another delivered an even shorter assessment: "Christmas trophy wife." Well, nobody could accuse that corner of the comment section of wrapping its opinions in tissue paper.

The gown’s mix of green shimmer and warmer metallic accents clearly suggested holiday décor to those viewers. Admirers, meanwhile, saw exactly the kind of elaborate evening dress worth taking out for a glamorous occasion.

Over on Instagram, the discussion moved from festive associations to the fit itself. One commenter objected: "It doesn’t compliment her shape though ... wrong type of dress 😵 [sic]."

That criticism put the spotlight on the gown’s close-fitting cut, which was already easy to inspect thanks to Karoline’s turns in the video. Another admirer had a much more enthusiastic assessment: "She's 1 of the most beautiful woman in the world [sic]."

And someone else settled the wardrobe question entirely: "Karoline would stun wearing anything. Simply gorgeous." There you have the range: enthusiastic approval, unsolicited fitting advice, and a detour through the Christmas decorations aisle.

As for the gown itself, the moving images offer the best evidence. Watch how the beadwork catches the light when Karoline Leavitt turns, then decide whether that much sparkle deserves applause or its own place under the tree.
