The post quickly drew attention from fans who couldn't help but weigh in on his slimmer look. One person wrote, "Slimmmin down and tone up 🔥👏 retirement never looked better! Keep up the hard work! Your girls will look up to you [sic] ❤️." Another chimed in, calling him the "Hottest man alive."
One praised the progress, but joked about his signature look, saying, "He looks really tone up and slimmer! Just maybe really trim up that beard and maybe thin out those bushy eyebrows. Otherwise looking good [sic]."

Some couldn't resist playfully suggesting he put retirement on hold, with one fan commenting, "OK enough. Just come back to the team for your second ring @jason.kelce 🔥💚🦅💚." Not all reactions were lengthy — some called him a "Father figure 🔥," while another added, "Wow!!!"
Kelce's build was also noticeable in an earlier post when he attended a golf event in a short-sleeved t-shirt and pants. In an interview with GQ, he opened up about the weight-loss process. He revealed that he played at around 295 pounds during his career, but looked forward to shedding pounds in retirement without getting too lean.
"I feel like for some reason, 250 to 260 feels like I'll be still big and be happy with the way I look without having a six-pack [sic]," he explained, noting that his goal is to feel healthier while maintaining his stature.
At the time of the interview, Kelce revealed he had dropped to about 277 pounds and was already feeling the benefits. "My back already feels better. My knees already feel better," he added, hoping further weight loss will make him even more active with his children.

His decision to transform his lifestyle follows his emotional retirement announcement in March, when he officially closed the book on his 13-season career with the Eagles. During a press conference at the time, the former NFL star said:
"So this all brings us to today where I announce I'm retiring from the NFL after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. And today, I must admit that I am officially overrated — vastly overrated. But [expletive], it took a lot of hard work and determination getting here [sic]."
Kelce, who spent his entire career with the Eagles, has embraced life after football with a mix of media work, charity events, and family time. Now, his growing presence in the gym suggests that retirement is also offering him the chance to reshape his health and physique — much to the excitement of his loyal fan base.
