Simone Biles is turning heads once again — not in the arena, but online. The Olympic gold medalist has made a deeply personal admission about undergoing breast augmentation, offering a rare, unfiltered glimpse into her motivation, recovery, and emotional journey.

On November 20, 2025, the 28-year-old took to TikTok to reveal she had undergone surgery earlier this year — on June 16 — performed by Houston-based plastic surgeon Dr. Kriti Mohan.

Biles didn't hold back, disclosing she chose 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants placed beneath the muscle, aiming for what she described as the "most natural look."

She provided context about her petite frame, "For reference, I am 4'8", 105 lbs. I also have very broad shoulders. My shoulders are quite literally the biggest part on my body."

While the surgery went smoothly, the aftermath was anything but easy. In the first two weeks, Biles relied heavily on her husband, NFL safety Jonathan Owens, to help with basic tasks. "He had to physically lift me up [from] our bed and take me to the restroom," she shared.

"They were to my neck, and I did freak out, and I did talk to my doctor, and I was like, 'Take them out. They need to be smaller, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,' because they look like aliens at first. Yeah, alien breasts. But now they're perfect."
