Lawsuit Claims John Travolta's Youngest Son Was Secretly Born via Celebrity Egg Donor
A bitter and amended legal dispute tied to the family of the "Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult" actress has taken an unexpected and highly personal turn, introducing claims that reach far beyond finances, contracts, or estate control.
At the center of the latest court filing are allegations made by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, in their ongoing lawsuit involving her son, Navarone Garcia.

The amended complaint, filed Tuesday, December 16, alleges a web of family conflict, secret negotiations, and deeply sensitive information that, according to the plaintiffs, was weaponized during a moment of profound grief following Lisa Marie Presley's death in January 2023.
Claims Involving Estate Pressure and Family Discord
According to the filing, the period immediately after Lisa Marie's death was marked by what the plaintiffs described as chaos, with family members "clamor[ing] for control of the estate and for pay-outs."

At the same time, Brigitte and Kevin were positioned as negotiators and intermediaries. The complaint also alleges that the plaintiffs "were on call 24/7 and were never paid for any of their services" by Navarone.
In the midst of this, Brigitte, in the complaint, claimed that Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie's former husband, approached her with explosive claims about past reproductive arrangements involving the Presley family and actor John Travolta.

"Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood, approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta's wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant," the complaint details.
However, the complaint notes that it remains unclear whether those eggs resulted in a child. Michael, the filing states, claimed he and his children were "financially destitute" at the time and sought help as Brigitte and Kevin attempted to "manage the constant chaos."

A Tragic Loss and Renewed Allegations
The court document further alleges that Michael said John approached the family again in 2010, one year after the death of his son Jett Travolta, who died at age 16 in 2009.
According to the complaint, Michael "claimed that Travolta needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man."
The complaint then introduces a far more specific and controversial claim.
The Allegation at the Heart of the Lawsuit
According to the amended filing, Michael claimed that John and Kelly decided not to use Lisa Marie's eggs. Instead, the complaint alleges that a deal was arranged involving Riley Keough, Lisa Marie's daughter, and an actress best known for "Daisy Jones & The Six."
"Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie's eggs because they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta," it read.
The filing alleges that in exchange for donating her eggs, Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 and $20,000. None of the allegations has been proven in court.

Alleged Attempt to Leverage the Information
The complaint further claims that Michael wanted Brigitte and Kevin to use the information about the alleged egg donation to orchestrate a settlement for himself and his daughters.
According to the filing, tensions escalated when Navarone learned of the allegations. The plaintiffs claim that Navarone "threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley's and Travolta's son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the 'king.'"
The filing claims Navarone requested a "million-dollar settlement."

What the Lawsuit Is Actually About
Despite the salacious nature of the claims, the original lawsuit centers on allegations of fraud in the inducement, breach of contract, conversion, misappropriation of name and likeness, and intentional interference with contract and prospective economic advantage against Priscilla.
Back in September, Riley and Priscilla jointly denied allegations raised by Brigitte in the lawsuit, "We are aware of the latest allegations from Brigitte Kruse. These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another."
They added, "Our shared priority remains honoring Lisa Marie's memory and protecting Elvis' legacy with dignity. We will not allow outside voices to divide us or to diminish the strength of our bond as a family."

Priscilla's Legal Team Pushes Back
Priscilla's attorneys have forcefully rejected the allegations, calling them irrelevant and inflammatory. In a statement reported by the Mirror, her legal team said:
"Brigitte and her co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case."
Priscilla's lawyer, Marty Singer, echoed that sentiment in an interview with Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 17, adding, "In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant."

In another statement cited by USA Today, Priscilla's team said:
"These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court."

Who Is Benjamin Travolta
Benjamin is the youngest child of John and Kelly. The actor has largely kept his son out of the public eye, though he occasionally shares tributes online. In a November 24, 2024, Instagram post, John wrote, "Happy birthday my Ben. Your dad loves you! And so does Peanut!"
Kelly, an actress known for films including "Jerry Maguire" and "Twins," died in July 2020 at age 57 after a private two-year battle with breast cancer. She is survived by John and their children, Ella Travolta and Ben.
As the case moves forward, the explosive allegations remain just one part of a broader legal fight rooted in business disputes, family fallout, and competing accounts of what unfolded behind closed doors during a period of profound loss.
Priscilla's legal team has maintained that the claims are a calculated distraction from the core issues before the court, while the plaintiffs continue to press their case. For now, the outcome rests with the legal process, where deeply personal assertions, denied by those at the center of them, will be weighed against evidence rather than headlines.
