Jessica Alba Steps Out With Daughter Honor at the 2026 US Open — Photos
As the cameras captured their appearance at the 2026 US Open Women's Singles Final, their family resemblance became the focus of an online debate, with fans divided over whether Honor looks more like Jessica Alba or her father, Cash Warren.
Jessica Alba and her daughter Honor Warren stepped out together at the 2026 US Open Women's Singles Final in New York, where the mother-daughter duo posed on the blue carpet in coordinated white-and-gray looks.
Honor is Jessica and Cash Warren’s eldest child, born June 7, 2008, shortly after her parents married. The former couple also share daughter Haven and son Hayes.
For Jessica, being a mother has remained central to her life, particularly as her children have grown older. When she announced her separation from Cash in January 2025, she said they were entering a new chapter as individuals but would continue moving forward with "love and kindness and respect for each other" and would "forever be family."
Most importantly, Jessica said, "Our children remain our highest priority."
Honor is now preparing for a major transition of her own after graduating from high school this year. She is set to attend Yale University in the fall, following in her father's footsteps.
Cash marked the occasion with an emotional Instagram tribute celebrating Honor's intellect, kindness, work ethic, and determination. "You have no idea how special it is for me to watch you follow my path to Yale. On the brink of 18, you have already created a new legacy for our family," Cash said in an Instagram tribute.
"Always remember, I am your safety net. I will always be here to catch you. So take risks. Make mistakes. Learn from them. Keep climbing. Keep blazing trails. Keep aiming for the stars. There is no ceiling for you…among the clouds in the sky is where you are meant to soar," Cash added.
Jessica has been just as vocal about how proud she is of Honor. On Honor's 17th birthday, she praised her daughter's "grace and compassion" and said watching her move from childhood through her teenage years and into young adulthood had been one of the most beautiful, awe-inspiring experiences of her life.
A Mother-Daughter Bond Built over the Years
The relationship between Jessica and Honor has also been shaped by plenty of honest conversations. A profile of Honor described her as the "spitting image" of her mother and highlighted the work Jessica has put into maintaining their bond.
Jessica and Honor began therapy together when Honor was a teenager, with Jessica explaining that she wanted to become a "better mother" and maintain an open line of communication with her daughters as they grew up.
Honor also had to discover the unusual reality of having a famous mom. Jessica previously recalled that Honor knew her primarily through her work at The Honest Company and did not initially realize that her mother was an actress and model.
When a school friend revealed Jessica's celebrity status, Honor was reportedly stunned and felt "betrayed" by the revelation. "So I had to break it to her that I was an actress and sometimes I do the magazines — and she felt so betrayed!"
As Honor and her sister Haven grew older, they also developed a habit of teasing their mother about her celebrity status. Jessica once joked that the girls considered her the definition of "cringey" and even suggested she use the hashtag #CringeyMom:
"They actually said that I should use the hashtag #CringeyMom. I'm like, 'That's so mean! There are so many more cringey moms than me, guys!' They're like, 'Even saying that, Mom, is cringey.'"
Still, the teasing appears to have existed alongside a very close relationship, something Jessica has continued to celebrate publicly as Honor approaches adulthood.
That bond was on display again in a particularly permanent way just weeks before the US Open. In August 2026, TMZ reported that Jessica and Honor got matching tattoos before Honor headed off to Yale. The two chose an eye design with an infinity symbol underneath and had the matching artwork placed on their wrists.
Celebrity tattoo artist Daniel "Winterstone" Winter shared the experience on social media, calling it an unforgettable experience and a memory the mother and daughter would share forever.
Jessica and Honor Step Out Together in New York
Their latest mother-daughter appearance came on September 12, 2026, when Jessica and Honor attended the 2026 US Open Women’s Singles Final in New York. The two posed together on the blue carpet before the match, giving photographers a chance to capture the pair during what is likely to be one of the final major public moments they share before Honor begins college.
The timing also comes during a new chapter for Jessica and Cash. The couple, who met in 2004 while working on Fantastic Four, married in a quiet Beverly Hills courthouse ceremony on May 19, 2008, and went on to welcome three children.

After 16 years of marriage, the couple separated in 2024, and Jessica filed for divorce in 2025. In February 2026, PEOPLE reported that Cash had filed to finalize the divorce, with court documents showing that the divorce was uncontested and that neither party would pay the other spousal support.
Even as their marriage came to an end, Jessica has continued to speak positively about Cash as a father. That family connection was very much part of the backdrop as Jessica and Honor arrived at the US Open. And then the photos gave fans something else to focus on.
The Photos Sparked a Familiar Family Debate
Honor has been compared with Jessica for years, with previous coverage even describing the teenager as her mother's "spitting image." But when the latest US Open photos circulated online, some viewers saw a different side of the family resemblance.

One Instagram commenter was convinced that Honor takes after her father, writing, "She's got her dad's face for sure." Another agreed, saying, "She looks nothing like her mom; she does look just like her dad…"

But other viewers saw Jessica in Honor immediately. "Honor is Jessica's mini me 😍...reminds me of me and my daughter too." one person wrote.

The debate continued on Facebook, where one commenter questioned the idea that Honor was Jessica’s mini-me while also seeing Cash in her features, "How is she a mini me of Jessica with Cash’s face?"
Another viewer pushed back with, "She really favors Jessica too a lot ❤️," while someone else offered a much more definitive assessment: "Doesn't look like her at all."
The reactions may be divided, but that is precisely what makes the latest photos so interesting. Depending on the angle, fans appear to see either Jessica, Cash or a combination of both in Honor.
And after years of being described as her mother's lookalike, Honor is now entering a stage where her own identity is becoming increasingly distinct from either parent.
