Inside Reba McEntire's California Mansion She Sold During Her Divorce — Photos
The country queen's former California estate delivers a grand arrival, resort-worthy grounds, and an interior color choice that deserves a little extra attention.
Reba McEntire has a new family milestone to celebrate after her son announced the arrival of his first baby on October 21, 2026.
With that happy news comes a chance to revisit her former Beverly Hills home, which she shared with her son's father, and where the rooms are enormous, the outdoor entertaining setup is completely excessive, and the furniture might not be quite what you expect.

A New Grandbaby with Her Man From Another Chapter
Oh, Reba has something sweeter than a real estate closing to celebrate these days. Her son, Shelby Steven McEntire Blackstock, and his wife, Marissa Blackstock, have welcomed their first child together, making the singer a biological grandmother for the first time.
According to People, Shelby shared the news through Instagram Stories on Wednesday, October 21. Alongside a photograph of the couple, he wrote, "After everything it took to get here, we finally get to call ourselves mom and dad."
The new parents had already been enjoying some private time with their little boy before making the announcement. Shelby explained, "We've been taking these first few weeks just for us and there's nowhere else we'd rather be."

He also shared an image of his son resting against his bare chest, while Marissa posted a photograph of herself appearing to breastfeed the baby. She revealed that his nickname is "Archie."
Shelby's father is Narvel Blackstock, who was married to Reba from 1989 until 2015 and also served as her manager. Reba was previously stepmother to his son Brandon Blackstock, who died in August 2025, and shared daughter River, 12, and son Remy, 10, with Kelly Clarkson.

The baby announcement marks a joyful new chapter for the family, but Reba's former California mansion takes us back to the closing of another. She sold the sprawling estate in 2015, around the time she and Shelby's father, Narvel, ended their 26-year marriage, and the photos make it quite a home to say goodbye to.
Beverly Park Came With a Very Impressive Price Tag
Reba bought the mansion in Beverly Park, an exclusive gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills, California, for $9 million in 2003. With six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across approximately 9,242 square feet, this was a home with room for considerably more than a few favorite boots.
As Taste of Country reported, citing Variety, the sale brought just under $22.5 million. The next owner undertook extensive renovations and put the property back on the market for nearly $30 million in 2016.
Those renovations mean the pictured furnishings should not automatically be credited to Reba's personal taste. But the estate she once called home gives us more than enough to swoon over, starting with an entrance that deserves its own applause.
A Fountain Makes the First Introduction
The approach gives the mansion a proper sense of ceremony. A broad cobblestone motor court wraps around a tiered stone fountain, with neatly maintained lawns and thick landscaping framing the arrival.

Honestly, a fountain before the front door feels entirely appropriate for a country queen. Meanwhile, the facade combines warm off-white stucco with terracotta roof tiles, as dark window frames give the pale exterior definition.

Arched windows and classical balustrades bring a Mediterranean and Italianate influence to the sprawling residence. At the entrance, paired columns support a domed stone portico around glass double doors.
Above it, a round window sits within a sculpted pediment, with chimneys and small balustraded balconies adding height and ornament. Even the attached garage wing follows the house's tiled-roof styling. Practical space gets to dress for the occasion, too.

The Backyard Could Keep You Outside All Afternoon
Before surrendering to the interiors, the 1.8-acre grounds deserve their moment. The rear of the mansion opens toward ivy-covered arches and terraces shaded by pergolas, with a large central arched window connecting the architecture to the garden.
The swimming pool has a Grecian-inspired shape, decorative tile edging, and a raised circular spa. A reflection pond adds another water feature, while tall palms and broad stretches of lawn give the backyard its leisurely California mood.

Stone urns on pedestals continue the classical styling outdoors. With the house rising behind the water, the setting has enough grandeur to tempt even a committed interiors enthusiast into staying poolside.
There is also a lighted tennis court screened by carefully maintained hedges and mature trees. For guests who prefer a little distance from the main household, the property includes a separate guest house.

The Poolside Pavilion Has Its Own Plans for Dinner
Now, this is where an ordinary backyard barbecue starts feeling terribly underdressed. The freestanding pavilion has columns, a pitched ceiling with dark wood beams, and a small cupola above.

Inside, an outdoor cooking area includes a built-in barbecue or range beneath a substantial metal hood. A stone fireplace gives the sheltered space a cozy focal point, while the dining area looks toward the pool and gardens.
Then comes the pool table, because apparently swimming and dinner were only the beginning of the evening. Lounge seating completes an outdoor setup that could comfortably become the favorite gathering place on the property.

An entire entertaining space beside the pool? Reba's former address certainly understood the appeal of keeping everyone around for another hour.
The Living Room Lets the Furniture Lower Its Voice
After all that outdoor grandeur, the house opens into a towering entrance hall. The scale continues into the formal living spaces, but the furniture introduces a softer mood.
Here is the palette worth pausing over: soft neutrals, including the tufted Chesterfield-style seating in the music salon. Against the carved fireplace surround and dark crown molding, the understated upholstery lets the architecture command attention.

A carved grand piano supplies the music-room glamour, and recessed lighting keeps the ceiling treatment relatively discreet. Tall, arched French doors connect the room directly to the rear terrace, giving the garden a role in the interior.

A Curved Bar Gives the Lounge Some Swagger
The entertaining continues in a lounge anchored by a curved dark-wood wet bar. High-backed stools follow its rounded shape beneath a circular recessed ceiling treatment.
That pairing gives the bar its own defined place within the larger room. It feels like an invitation to sit down and settle into the evening, which is exactly what a handsome home bar ought to do.

A carved stone fireplace adds warmth, while wood flooring with parquet detailing gives the room another texture. Large arched windows bring in views of the garden, keeping all that dark wood from feeling too enclosed.
The White Kitchen Knows How to Make an Entrance
The kitchen takes the palette in a brighter direction, with white raised-panel cabinetry and a generously sized central island. There is real visual pleasure in that much pale cabinetry against the weight of a substantial stone countertop.
Professional-grade stainless steel appliances include an extra-wide range beneath a custom hood. Large windows look toward the greenery, so even this hardworking room gets a generous share of the scenery.

The ceiling deserves attention, too. Its recessed, layered treatment gives the kitchen architectural interest above all that storage and counter space.
Beside it, a breakfast area opens through folding glass doors toward an arched veranda and garden paths. Coffee with the doors open to the garden sounds like an excellent reason to take breakfast slowly.

The Dining Room Dresses for the Evening
For a more formal meal, the dining room centers on a long dark-wood trestle table beneath an ornate chandelier. Dark wainscoting and recessed display niches give the walls substance, while a broad bay window keeps the room connected to the grounds.
The appeal is in how those elements work together. The table supplies weight, the chandelier adds sparkle, and the window prevents the setting from becoming overly solemn.

The Primary Suite Saves Some Luxury for Upstairs
The primary bedroom gives its occupants an expansive retreat with a fireplace and a raised tray ceiling. Cove lighting emphasizes the ceiling's shape, while a metal wagon-wheel chandelier introduces a more rustic touch.
That fixture is a particularly appealing choice amid the home's formal architecture. A little ruggedness gives a grand bedroom something warmer to work with.

French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool and trees. After rooms designed to welcome a crowd, having an outdoor perch reserved for the suite feels wonderfully indulgent.
Guest bedrooms receive thoughtful treatment as well, including tufted headboards, dark trim around windows and doors, and adjoining bathrooms. Some also open directly onto balconies, so the garden views are shared around.

The Bathroom Makes a Strong Case for Staying In
The primary bathroom takes its cue from a rotunda, with a soaking tub set into a curved window bay. Marble-topped double vanities and a glass-enclosed shower give the room its everyday functions, though everyday hardly captures the setting.
A crystal chandelier hangs above, and a plush central ottoman supplies an unexpectedly inviting place to perch. Even the bathroom has room for upholstery, which tells you quite a lot about the scale of this house.

Reba's family has a new little boy to fuss over now, but her former California home still gives the decor crowd a very satisfying distraction.
